Gable Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our growing team!
Gable Pines, located in Vadnais Heights, brings an entirely new dimension to senior living in the Roseville/White Bear Lake area. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 123-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today!
Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Duties include:
  • Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.
  • Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy.
  • Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.
  • Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.
  • Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.
  • Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in health care is preferred.
