Cardigan Ridge, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Director to join our growing team!
At Cardigan Ridge Senior Living, we're redefining senior living in Little Canada, MN. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today!
Wage: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment.
Duties Include:
  • Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.
  • Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy.
  • Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.
  • Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.
  • Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.
  • Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in health care is preferred.
