Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Operations Assistant to support the Office Manager and help keep the day-to-day operations of our clinic running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to take initiative without needing constant supervision. The right person enjoys problem-solving, organizing systems, and helping improve efficiency within an office environment.

The primary goal of this position is to support the Office Manager with administrative and operational tasks, helping create a more organized, efficient, and well-run office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Office Manager with administrative and operational tasks
• Perform detailed computer work including documents, spreadsheets, data tracking, and system organization
• Research solutions, vendors, and operational improvements when needed
• Help create and maintain office systems, procedures, and documentation
• Support projects that improve efficiency and organization within the office
• Handle background administrative work that allows the manager to focus on higher-level responsibilities
• Maintain a high level of organization with files, documents, and internal processes
• Take initiative on tasks and identify areas where improvements can be made
