OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT

FULL-TIME - CROWN POINT LOCATION

Position Summary

The Operational Assistant enhances the effectiveness of providing Therapy Services, Audiology and Wound Ostomy support by providing patient, provider, staff, departmental, information management and administrative support.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides front office reception; including patient scheduling, handles mail and updates office files.
  • Prepares information or correspondence in final form.

Education/Experience

  • A high school degree is required.
  • Two to Three years of related office experience
  • Operates a variety of office machines, type with proficiency, MS Word knowledge.
