Your work will help teams understand how customers interact with our support organization, identify friction points, and make informed improvements that impact satisfaction, efficiency, and service quality.

HVA is seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support our Customer Experience and Support teams by helping turn data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you will work closely with experienced customer experience/support leaders to analyze support and customer data, build dashboards, and help tell the story behind the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of dashboards and visual reports that help teams understand customer experience trends and support performance

Qualification:

  • Strong interest in data analysis, reporting, and customer experience
  • Foundational knowledge of Power BI or a strong desire to learn it quickly
  • Familiarity with SQL-style logic, formulas, or scripting used in reporting tools (experience with Zendesk Explore is a plus, but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general comfort working with data
  • Exposure to one or more programming or analysis tools such as Python or R (academic or personal projects acceptable)
  • Ability to manage time effectively, ask questions, and learn in a fast-paced environment
