Executive Assistant to the President | $70K-$80K + Bonus + Benefits

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working directly with senior leadership and wants exposure beyond traditional executive support responsibilities. You will play a critical role in supporting the President while contributing to business operations, communications, marketing initiatives, strategic projects, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and capable of operating with professionalism and discretion in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the President, you will serve as a trusted partner responsible for coordinating executive priorities, supporting key business initiatives, managing communications, and helping drive organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the President’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily priorities
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and ensure follow-up on key initiatives
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Coordinate annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly leadership meetings
- Manage confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Business Operations & Project Coordination
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects on behalf of the President
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and action plans across multiple priorities
- Utilize technology and AI tools to improve efficiency, workflows, meeting management, and document preparation
- Maintain stakeholder databases, contact lists, and organizational records
- Assist with the development and implementation of business processes and administrative systems
Communications & Marketing Support
- Coordinate social media activities and maintain consistency with corporate branding standards
- Assist with content creation, scheduling, and social media engagement
- Liaise with external marketing agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives
- Support the execution of quarterly marketing plans and promotional campaigns
- Monitor and coordinate follow-up activities related to inbound inquiries and leads
- Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, and corporate initiatives
Presentation & Document Management
- Create polished presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and business documents
- Develop and maintain organized document management and version control systems
- Ensure all materials are professional, accurate, and aligned with corporate standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting a President, CEO, Founder, or other C-level executive
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong experience preparing executive presentations, reports, and business correspondence
- Experience supporting marketing, communications, social media, or stakeholder engagement initiatives is considered an asset
- Experience working with AI productivity tools and modern workplace technologies is highly desirable
