OP2 Labs, a 10X Inc 5000 fastest-growing consumer goods company, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Specialist to join our operations team. As a Shipping Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating the shipping and logistics of our products to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process shipping labels, documents, and invoices
  • Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers and freight forwarders
  • Track and monitor shipment status to ensure on-time delivery
  • Accurately maintain shipping records and documentation
  • Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Address and resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies that may arise
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and requirements
  • Optimize shipping processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Investigate and resolve any customer shipping inquiries or complaints
  • Manage lost or damaged shipment claims
  • Work with the accounting team to ensure accurate inventory
  • Maintain strict quality control standards for warehoused inventory

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in shipping or logistics
  • Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, regulations, and documentation
  • Proficiency in using shipping software and systems and AI, LM Technology
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with carriers and freight forwarders
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • OSHA experience is desirable
