Zur Verstärkung unseres Controlling‑Teams suchen wir für unseren Produktionsstandort in Kreuzlingen (TG) am Bodensee eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Senior Controller. In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie die finanzielle Steuerung und Performance‑Transparenz unserer operativen Bereiche und unterstützen aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktions‑ und Logistikprozesse.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Gesamtverantwortung für das operative Controlling unserer produktions ‑ und logistiknahen Bereiche
  • Analyse, Bewertung und Überwachung finanzieller sowie prozessbezogener Kennzahlen im Produktionsumfeld
  • Erstellung von regelmässigen Reports sowie ad ‑ hoc Analysen zur Unterstützung von Management ‑ und Investitionsentscheidungen
  • Kalkulation, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Herstellkosten, Gemeinkostenstrukturen und Zuschlagsätzen
  • Begleitung von Budget ‑ und Forecast ‑ Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kostenstellenverantwortlichen
  • Monitoring von Materialkosten, Ausschuss, Beständen und Wertschöpfung entlang der Produktionskette
  • Unterstützung der operativen Bereiche bei Kostenoptimierungs ‑ , Effizienz ‑ und Lean ‑ Initiativen
  • Verantwortung für den Inventurprozess inkl. Sicherstellung von Bestandsgenauigkeit und Prozesskonformität
  • Steuerung und Optimierung des Working Capitals (insbesondere Lagerbestände und Kapitalbindung)
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von SOX-Anforderungen sowie internen Kontrollsystemen (ICS)
  • Aktive Unterstützung und Begleitung von internen und externen Audits
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungs- und Effizienzsteigerungsmassnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Logistik
  • Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und Analyse-Tools (z. B. Power BI) zur datenbasierten Steuerung
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Controlling
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling eines Produktions‑ oder Industrieunternehmens, idealerweise in der Verpackungs‑ oder Pharmaindustrie
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Produktions- und Logistikprozesse
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie SAP (FI/CO; Kenntnisse in MM/SD von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in Power BI, Datenanalyse und Verarbeitung grosser Datenmengen von Vorteil
