Activities: Ensure the implementation, maintenance and effective operation of the IMS, ensures that the requirements of this system are communicated, followed, maintained in their Department Ensure compliance with the training of associates following the corresponding procedure as well as daily compliance with standardized work, work instructions and any other document linked to the integrity of the product and prevention of accidents and environmental impacts. Report and support of prevention of spills and leaks. Maintain discipline in their areas following the basic of 5s and proper management of waste. Monitor work environment and mentor employee actions to ensure safe working conditions Monitor production schedule to ensure that parts are available Ensure World Class part quality is delivered to all customers Communicate IPI indicators Ensure Associates are provided proper tools/support to deliver a World Class product Relief Operator or Shift Manager in emergencies Provide direction / assign task to operators Report any safety or performance issues to Shift Manager Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Previous automotive manufacturing experience required Computer skills (Microsoft office) Good organizational skills Mission: Ensure all associates have everything needed to perform all aspects of their jobs safely and properly At OPmobility, people truly matter.
