Mission Responsible for in process auditing of manufactured products and processes, testing and measuring of product, control/ disposition of suspect/ non-conforming product through DMR & MRB processes and ensuring calibration of measuring equipment. Responsibilities Understand and follow DMR & MRB systems and participates in problem resolution as requested Understand and perform product and process audits Completes all tests required to satisfy Customer/Safety/ PO requirements Additional Responsibilities Communicate quality issues to the organization Maintain/ file accurate records of all quality tests, audits, calibration, gage R&R and DMRโ€™s Provide support to Engineers for layouts and PPAP Performs calibration and Gage R& R as required/ schedules Assist Quality organization as requested Understanding of IATF requirements Understanding of Customer specific requirements Other Requirements Authority and responsibility to stop production when a quality or safety issue arises Work requires walking, talking, seeing, hearing, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, grasping, crouching, pushing, balancing, reaching, kneeling, and standing Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis Work requires working under high and low temperatures at certain times Personal Background High School Diploma or GED ASQ CQT or CQA preferred Intermediate Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office preferred Job Technical Skills Advanced Programming skills for CMM & FARO Operate CMM, FARO Arm, Hand held gages, Optical Comparator and other tools necessary to verify product Fork lift license preferred Requires working under high temperature at certain times Job Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Self-motivated to work effectively alone Must have excellent organization skills At OPmobility, people truly matter.
