Onsite is a therapeutic retreat center with a 40-year history of healing and is nestled on a beautiful 250-acre campus in the rolling hills just outside of Nashville. ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE:
  • Shift: Friday- Tuesday 4:00pm-7:30pm (Wednesday and Thursday off)
  • The Server position is responsible for pleasantly, attentively and professionally serving prepared meals in a compassionate and highly engaging manner.
  • This isn't your standard Server position. We want excellent culinary staff that are eager to take the experience of dining to the next level.
  • Our Servers know that their role is important to the client's healing experience while they are here; they are warm, open, and highly relational. If you are passionate about creating a very hospitable and inviting experience for guests, then let's talk!
  • This role dishes food to clients, cleans up client's plates and glasses so they don't have to, and works to ensure that all food looks great!

Requirements
IDEAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE:
We are open to candidates of all backgrounds, experience and education levels. After all, years of experience is just a number. That said, we believe that candidates with the following backgrounds will be well-suited to succeed in this role:
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in food service, ideally in high-end settings, is preferred. We are willing to train the right candidates
