Summary

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Beckett House Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for supporting our mission of providing quality service and fostering a family-focused environment.This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). In this position you will join a dedicated team who is focused on providing quality care in a family focused environment.

This position has a starting pay rate of $19 to $20 an hour based on years of certification

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Two(2) 12-hour shifts a week 6a-6p. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques.
  • Support residents' emotional and behavioral health needs through compassionate interaction.
  • Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety.
