The Account Manager will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Account Managers can put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these Account Managers can gather that for you. Manage large amounts of incoming calls

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills

High school degree, but Bachelors Preferred
Compensation:
Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
