Job description

This is a digital-first commercial role at the center of SharkNinja's online growth strategy. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Key Account Manager owns and grows the dot-com business for one of our key retail accounts, partnering closely with the customer and with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, category management, and finance) to execute an omni-channel strategy that maximizes online assortment, traffic, and conversion.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and grow dot-com revenue and profit for assigned retail partners, in line with company strategy
  • Maximize the online assortment and digital shelf: product content, listings, ratings and reviews, and search visibility to drive discoverability and conversion
  • Drive traffic-to-conversion across the path to purchase using web attribution, retail media and sponsored ads, affiliate programs, and on-site merchandising levers
  • Lead promotional, marketing, and joint business plans with internal and external stakeholders, tied to digital growth targets
  • Translate data into decisions, building clear data visualizations, business reviews, and reports that identify online growth opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Report on POS and digital KPIs (traffic, conversion, market share, AOV), trends, and factors impacting the online business
  • Monitor stock levels and jointly produce forecasts, with monthly reporting and tracking
  • Establish and run a weekly operating cadence to manage multiple concurrent workstreams cohesively
  • Gather and communicate competitive factors impacting the business, including new competitive items, pricing, and promotions
  • Work internally with cross-functional teams to develop digital offerings and assortment strategies that adhere to each club partner's parameters while driving profitable growth
  • Identify white space and online market share opportunities across the portfolio, sizing the profitable growth available in each
  • Diagnose deficiencies in online conversion and digital penetration, then build the strategies and levers to close them
  • Drive dot-com tentpole events and promotional moments that generate outsized, profitable online growth

Attributes and Skills

Digital commerce depth (required)

  • Hands-on experience owning or heavily influencing dot-com sales, with real fluency in conversion funnel, path to purchase, web attribution, affiliates, and the drivers that turn online traffic into conversion
  • Track record maximizing an online assortment and digital shelf, either brand-side or retailer-side
  • Explorer mindset: drives urgency and accountability, and influences cross-functional teams to secure the resources needed to win
  • Strong project management, comfortable juggling many concurrent workstreams and running a weekly operating model to keep them cohesive
  • Vocal operator who shares results and challenges openly and clearly asks for what the business needs, not a heads-down individual contributor
  • Data-to-decisions orientation: strong analytical skills paired with the ability to build compelling data visualizations that drive commercial action
  • Recent, regular use of AI tools embedded in daily workflow, not just passing familiarity

Education and Experience

  • University degree
  • Prior sales experience with consumer products or consumer durables required
  • 4+ years of account management experience preferred, with a meaningful portion in e-commerce or digital commerce
  • Demonstrated career trajectory and upward mobility, with the runway to grow into a National Account Manager role
