Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail, along with relevant certifications like ISTQB, is commonly expected. Strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities help Online Testers identify issues and collaborate with development teams. These skills are crucial for delivering high-quality digital products and ensuring a smooth user experience.
An Online Tester is responsible for evaluating websites, applications, or digital products to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance problems. They follow test plans to check functionality, compatibility, and user experience on different devices and browsers.
