Job description

Title: Data Warehouse ETL Backend Tester.

Location:  Euless, TX  75261 (Onsite).

Duration: 12+ Months Contract.

(Plus 8 days holiday pay and 15 days PTO)

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Warehouse ETL Backend Tester to provide technical expertise to ensure that telecommunications and network facilities are sufficient, appropriate, and functioning well.  They will also ensure that data, voice, and voicemail systems perform at optimum and cost-effective levels.  

 

Required Experience (8+ years):

  • 8+ years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse testing.
  • Strong experience testing Snowflake databases.
  • Hands-on experience with QuerySurge for automated data validation and reconciliation.
  • Extensive experience performing database integrity testing.
  • Expertise in validating ETL transformations to ensure source-to-target data accuracy.
  • Strong SQL skills for backend data validation.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Automation testing experience.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

 

Preferred Education:

Bachelor''''''''s degree in electronics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Validate data quality, completeness, and integrity within Snowflake.
  • Verify ETL transformations, mappings, and business rules.
  • Perform source-to-target data reconciliation.
  • Validate data loads and ensure no data loss or corruption.
