About the Opportunity:
Here at ROI Rocket, we're in search of an experienced Survey Programmer to join our Support Services Survey team.
What You'll Do:
  • Program online surveys using Decipher, Qualtrics, and other online platforms as assigned, paying special attention to logic and aesthetics
  • Provide feedback to clients with regard to survey logic, structure, question types, and best practices
  • Take ownership of document revision / keep drafts and change logs updated
  • Review and thoroughly test survey programs to ensure high-quality client deliverables and a good user experience for survey participants
  • Structure datasets in Excel and SPSS to client preferences; provide daily updates
  • Thoroughly review datasets by reading through open-ended responses and determining quality controls
  • Clean and structure complex data sets in SPSS
  • Produce client-friendly data cross-tabulations
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques in SPSS, WinCross, and other programs as assigned
  • Maintain databases/data systems
  • Monitor quality control procedures for improvements and define / document new processes

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Excel
  • 5+ years' experience in survey programming and data analysis in a high-volume team environment
  • Knowledge of Decipher and/or Qualtrics is strongly preferred but not required, provided you can demonstrate an understanding of survey logic and the potential to acquire the necessary expertise
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python is helpful but not required, provided you can demonstrate the potential to acquire the necessary expertise
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
