Online ListerJob Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Lister to join our growing team. This role is responsible for accurately photographing, describing, and listing footwear across multiple online marketplaces, including eBay, GOAT (Alias), StockX, and our website, Soleply.com.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality listings. Success in this role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow standardized procedures, and a commitment to honestly representing the condition of every item we sell.

Responsibilities
  • Create accurate and detailed product listings for multiple online sales platforms.

  • Photograph shoes using our standardized photography process and ensure images meet company quality standards.

  • Write clear, thorough, and honest descriptions of each item, including all signs of wear, flaws, or imperfections.

  • Evaluate and communicate item condition with consistency and accuracy.

  • Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for listing inventory.

  • Determine which marketplaces each item should be listed on based on company guidelines and product criteria (training provided).

  • Ensure all listing information, including size, model, SKU, colorway, and condition, is accurate before publishing.

  • Maintain organized workflows while meeting daily listing goals.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure inventory moves efficiently from intake to sale.

  • Assist with updating or revising listings as needed.

Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • Ability to identify and clearly describe cosmetic flaws and item condition.

  • Comfortable working with smartphones and learning multiple online selling platforms.

  • Ability to follow detailed processes and standardized procedures.
