Job description

Sanborn Regional Middle School (SRMS) has an opening for a full time 6th Grade Science teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for teaching science, as well as a commitment to implementing lessons that are engaging, foster student curiosity, develop problem solving and critical thinking, and provide the students with hands-on experiences. SRMS utilizes Open Sci Ed science, which is phenomena-based interactive online science teaching program. Aside from an interest in working with middle school students, the ideal candidate should have a strong desire to collaborate with their colleagues in a Professional Learning Community (PLC). 

Sanborn Regional Middle School is located in Kingston, New Hampshire and serves students in grades six through eight from the communities of Kingston and Newton, New Hampshire.
