The Evaluation Specialist is responsible for researching and assessing the value of household items to facilitate the settlement of homeowners insurance claims. This role requires strong analytical skills, a comprehensive understanding of market trends, and the ability to produce accurate and fair valuations.
Requirements
Research and Analysis
  • Conduct thorough research to determine the current market value of various household items, including furniture, electronics, appliances, jewelry, and other personal property.
  • Utilize online databases, pricing guides, industry publications, and other resources to gather accurate valuation data.
  • Analyze market trends and historical sales data to provide well-supported valuations.

Claim Evaluation
  • Review homeowners insurance claims to identify the items requiring valuation.
