Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing efforts for the Trident Inn & Suites brand, developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase occupancy, and grow revenue across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all hotel properties
  • Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
  • Oversee website content, online reputation management, and OTA listings
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage marketing budget and track ROI on all campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and media
  • Plan and execute special events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (required)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality
