Elevate is seeking a hard working full-time hourly Groundskeeper who can grow with us as our professional apartment management company continues to expand. This position is full-time, therefore eligible for our outstanding benefits package, competitive wages, and excellent growth opportunity. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Trim shrubs and bushes as needed to ensure a professional appearance of property
  • Maintain plant beds by removing weeds and planting as needed
  • Repair and install hardscape features as needed
  • Keeping all public spaces free and clear of litter, debris and pet waste
  • Must be available at any time for snow removal

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year experience working in a physically demanding position
  • Ability to communicate verbally in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements
  • Valid Driver's License required
