Job description

Qualifications: Education, Licensure and Certifications, Related Work Experience
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration,
Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in product management,
software development, business analysis, technology implementation, or digital product
development.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner/Agile Product Management Certification (Preferred)
Other specialized skills and knowledge necessary to perform this job. (e.g., basic accounting principles, computer skills and software, specific healthcare processes, interpersonal, communication, etc.
1. Business requirements gathering, process
analysis, and solution design.
3. Vendor evaluation, vendor management, and
build-versus-buy assessments.
2. Product strategy, roadmap development, and
lifecycle management.
4. Agile methodologies, user experience design,
workflow analysis, and stakeholder management
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
1. Meet directly with end users and business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them
into clear, well-scoped business requirements.
2. Design and build scalable product solutions, workflows, interfaces, and data flows that support
organizational growth and efficiency.
3. Produce wireframes, workflow diagrams, or prototypes to validate design direction with stakeholders
before committing development resources.
4. Evaluate whether a solution is best delivered through custom in-house development or through
configuration/customization of a vendor platform, and make the corresponding build recommendation
5. Build product features and configurations directly when hands-on development is the most efficient
path.
6. Direct and oversee internal development and external vendors to ensure solutions are delivered on
time, within scope, and aligned with requirements
7. Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Operations, and business leaders to ensure technology solutions meet
security, regulatory, and operational requirements
8. Establish product success metrics, monitor performance, analyze adoption trends, and drive continuous
improvement initiatives following implementation
9. Maintain comprehensive documentation of product decisions, workflows, system configurations,
vendor implementations, and operational procedures
10. Other related duties as assigned.

• policies and procedures to Eventus WholeHealth's Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation when performing the job duties.
• Ensure that all Eventus WholeHealth information, data, documentation, and records are alwayssafeguarded and maintained confidentially.
Training and Education:
• Participate in all assigned training.
• Complete all assigned training by the deadline for completion.
Risk Management and Incident Reporting:
• Engage in regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and work proactively with a supervisor and Eventus WholeHealth's Chief Compliance and Risk Officer to mitigate any identified risks.
• Promptly report any incidents (as defined in the "Incident Report Policy") to the Chief Compliance
and Risk Officer.
