We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Online Support Agent to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with online platforms, account management, technical issues, and product inquiries. Your expertise in communication, problem-solving, and digital tools will ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across multiple channels, including live chat, email, and ticketing systems. This position is critical to maintaining high customer satisfaction, reducing resolution time, and supporting the continuous improvement of our digital services. As an Online Support Agent, you will play a key role in building trust, resolving concerns efficiently, and contributing to the overall success of our customer engagement strategy. Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and support ticketing systems.

Requirements
