The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a strategic mindset, and excels at managing cross-functional collaboration. This role plays a key part in shaping how Crocs shows up across Etail and Marketplace partners while ensuring alignment with global brand strategy and delivering exceptional consumer experiences. This role can be based in Broomfield, CO or Remote from your home office.

What You'll Do
  • Own and manage the Etail & Marketplace GTM calendar, aligning product stories, seasonal campaigns, and consumer moments across key accounts.
  • Manage weekly GTM meetings, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
  • Own the development of creative briefs for digital marketing assets supporting GTM initiatives, ensuring assets reflect brand standards and drive compelling consumer experiences.
  • Develop and execute digital content strategies while overseeing the creation, maintenance, and optimization of Product Detail Pages (PDPs) across Amazon and key marketplace partners. Ensure product content is accurate, compelling, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand standards to maximize discoverability, conversion, and customer experience.
  • Oversee Amazon product listings, A+ Content, Brand Store content, PDP assets, and digital merchandising updates. Partner closely with merchandising, creative, sales, and agency teams to ensure timely product launches, content accuracy, and continuous optimization of the customer shopping experience.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for GTM priorities and digital content initiatives between Digital GTM, Global Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Sales, and Ecommerce teams to ensure cohesive execution across channels.
  • Develop and present strategic marketing plans and sell-in decks to key retail and marketplace partners, representing the Crocs brand and GTM vision. Collaborate with account teams to co-develop marketing programs and partner-specific content strategies.
  • Execute and manage consumer-facing digital marketing assets, onsite merchandising, PDP enhancements, and content updates, leveraging performance insights and analytics to continuously improve traffic, engagement, conversion, and sales.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for product content quality, asset management, and digital merchandising standards across marketplace partners, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand compliance.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, Amazon platform innovations, ecommerce merchandising, content optimization strategies, and marketplace best practices to continuously evolve execution and drive business growth.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on ecommerce, GTM strategy, marketplace marketing, or account marketing.
  • Experience managing Amazon PDPs, A+ Content, Brand Stores, product catalog content, or digital merchandising.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce content strategy, product content optimization, and marketplace merchandising best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills.
