Job description

1. Data Analytics (20%)

  • Collects and analyzes enrollment and forecasting data to assess and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Utilizes UAccess Analytics and related reporting tools to support data-driven decision making by the leadership team.

2. Program Development & Onboarding (40%) 

  • Guides campus partners through the process of onboarding new online courses, certificates, and degree programs.
  • Coordinates and plans the administration and operation of academic programs, including policy development, budgeting, cost negotiation, expenditure forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensures timely and efficient implementation of new programs in alignment with Arizona Online's standards and processes.

3. Relationship Building & Program Maintenance (40%)

  • Builds and sustains relationships with internal and external partners to ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Creates best practice guides, web content, and other resources to inform and support campus partners.
  • Manages existing programs in the portfolio, providing ongoing maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure continued success and alignment with institutional priorities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to collect, interpret, and apply enrollment and forecasting data to inform program decision-making.
  • Skill in coordinating and managing the administration of academic programs, including budgeting, policy implementation, and resource allocation.
