Position Responsibilities:

  • Answer motorists questions, and provide information on procedures or policies

  • Receive payment by cash, check, or credit card

  • Issue receipts or change due to motorists

  • Daily balancing, depositing, check and cash reconciling

  • Daily report preparation

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

  • Scheduling emergency tow hearings

  • Online processing of payments

  • Issuing preferential parking permits

  • Other duties as necessary in relation to the project and department

    Requirements:

  • Provide basic Customer Services

  • Good mathematical skills

  • Handling Money

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to operate a computer and calculator

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

  • Able to handle complaints and unpleasant motorists

  • Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills

  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for motorists

  • Has a pleasant, patient and friendly upbeat attitude

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Able to sit/stand for extended length of time
