You thrive in a team environment, collaborate well with church leaders, staff, and volunteers, and are comfortable taking on new challenges and supporting the day-to-day needs of a growing ministry.
What you'll do:
  • Maintain communication, accountability, and coordination with the Church Online Pastor to support the leadership, vision, and direction of Lakepointe Church
  • Serve as a coordinator for the Church Online experience: Coordinating weekend (Saturday and Sunday) services, host and volunteer scheduling, and service-day execution so that every attendee is welcomed and every role is covered across all of broadcast platforms.
  • Develop and maintain an inviting culture that fosters pastoral leadership, recruitment, and support for Church Online Volunteer Serve Teams: coordinating activities, providing guidance, and scheduling volunteers in advance to ensure each is assigned to a relevant role
  • Live and on-demand chat sessions with online attendees during weekend services
  • Engage in follow-up communication with the Church Online community through various channels, including phone, email, and social media, to foster meaningful connections and facilitate appropriate next steps for spiritual growth, such as participating in Lakepointe's defined KPIs, ministry philosophy, and ongoing community engagement.
  • Respond to ministry inquiries, including, but not limited to: calls, guest information, baptism requests, membership inquiries, and prayer requests
  • Provide administrative support to the Pastor of Digital Ministries, including calendar coordination, voicemail triage and filtering, and other ministry administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Church Online volunteers and Life Group communities throughout the week
  • Support additional needs of the Church Online team and handle other duties as assigned by the Church Online Pastor

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage calendars, communications, and recurring processes reliably

  • Strong English proficiency in both written and oral communication
  • Demonstrated creativity, forward-thinking, and a willingness to adapt to challenging circumstances
