HVAC Installer

Lead Pay: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour, depending on experience

Experienced Installer Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:30am to 5:00pm | overtime as needed

What We Are Looking For:

  • Installation of residential and commercial retrofit/changeout HVAC systems
  • Running refrigerant line sets, installing ductwork, low-voltage wiring, and system accessories
  • Performing brazing and soldering tasks
  • Completing full startup and testing of newly installed equipment
  • Delivering excellent customer support and communication
  • Ensuring projects are finished efficiently and within scheduled timelines
  • Supervising, training, and supporting apprentice/helpers on job sites
  • Access to employer-sponsored dealer training, NATE certification programs, and advanced online learning platforms

What We Are Looking For:

  • Lead Requirements: 1 year minimum of lead experience, and 4+ years of retrofit residential HVAC installation
  • Non Lead Requirements: Will have 2 + years of residential install experience + EPA Universal
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification
  • Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
  • NATE Certifications or ability to obtain once employed - we train
  • Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
