You will be part of a small but dedicated team serving some of the top leaders within Netflix, supporting programs that have a meaningful impact on our culture and leadership development. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as primary liaison with the Leadership Programs team and Netflix event stakeholders, managing all aspects of the event planning process from initial inquiry to execution. Provide high-level oversight and onsite support during events, including monitoring programming, activities, and guest experience. Fill in to support the Operations Specialist as Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed. Directly oversee the Transportation vendor and key logistical partners including Website and Graphics, ensuring the highest standards of quality. Create and distribute the Sendero Ranch newsletter to keep stakeholders informed of key developments and highlights. Oversee and coordinate vendor relationships to successfully execute event details and maintain an exceptional guest experience.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of event planning, venue management, or related experience, preferably in hospitality, corporate events, or executive-level programming. Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder events with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Possess proficiency in various event management software to support and optimize our operational workflows. Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization. Experience managing vendor relationships and holding partners to high standards of quality and service.

Ability to exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously. A guest-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and anticipating stakeholder needs.

Comfortable working onsite at the Ranch, including occasional evenings, weekend work and MOD shifts when required.
