Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to all internet leads (website and third-party sources)
  • Build and maintain a prospecting pipeline
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text
  • Provide pricing, financing options, and vehicle availability
  • Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective buyers
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles in-person and online
  • Assist customers with credit applications (online and in-store)
  • Follow dealership sales processes and best practices
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, certifications, and market trends
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Availability to work Saturdays and some evenings
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License
