Job description

Title: Customer Service Representative

Brief Description: Manage current customers and the onboarding of new customers. Set up new Customers in SAGE. Respond to requested changes from the production team and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports to Customer Service Manager to fulfill customer requests.
  • On-Boarding New Customers after quotes are accepted.
  • Assist in setting up incoming and outgoing customer shipments.
  • Assist Business Development Manager as needed.
  • Acting liaison between Operations and New Customers.
  • Complete Customer required info and surveys.
  • Provide a high standard of communication.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete Sage and CRM training online.
  • Assist in preparing for and attending local business events.
  • Participate in events and trade shows as required.
  • Tracking of customer accounts in CRM.

Work Conditions:

  • Must be willing to work 40 hours per week.
  • All work is done primarily in an office environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Skill to communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing.
