Job Description:

OneTouch Processing is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our remote team. We are a high-performing company known for elite service and some of the fastest closings in the industry. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with a strong preference for candidates based in Michigan due to licensing advantages.

Responsibilities:

  • Process mortgage loan files from submission through clear-to-close
  • Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and clients to gather and verify documentation
  • Review files for compliance with all applicable guidelines and overlays
  • Monitor pipeline and maintain consistent status updates
  • Work with precision and urgency to help our team maintain a 9-day average clear-to-close

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience processing residential mortgage loans
  • Proficiency with FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, and Non-QM loan programs
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple files remotely
  • Experience with Encompass, LendingPad, Arive, Sonar, or similar loan origination software preferred
