Education & Experience:
  • Bible or Theology degree at undergraduate level or higher
  • Credentialed and licensed by the C&MA or working toward it/willing to work toward it
  • 3 - 5 years ministry experience as an associate or lead pastor
  • A demonstrated commitment to the spiritual growth and health of the local church
