Position Summary

TheCustomer Onboarding Managerwill lead a small team responsible for onboarding new customers, maintaining customer data, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This hands-on role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal departments while driving process efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer onboarding operations and support team performance.
  • Ensure onboarding activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain customer data within TMS, GP, and PortPro systems.
  • Review customer credit information and onboarding requirements.
  • Coordinate with customers, EDI teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPI performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related issues and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Leadership or team management experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
