Enterprise Project Manager (Software Implementation)Position Summary

The Enterprise Project Manager (EPM) is responsible for leading, coordinating, and driving the implementation of an enterprise software platform that supports a housing finance and development organization''''s database operations. This role will oversee the final stages of software onboarding across multiple business units, ensuring successful implementation, testing, user adoption, and project closeout.

The implementation is approximately 60–70% complete, and the EPM will be responsible for managing the remaining phases, including final configuration, testing, issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, training support, and deployment activities across multiple functional modules.

This is a long-term contract opportunity with an expected duration of up to 12 months.

Work Schedule
  • Full-time, 8-hour workday
  • Start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
  • End time between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM
  • Includes a 1-hour lunch break
  • Hybrid work environment with at least 2 days onsite per week for meetings, project updates, and collaboration activities

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise software implementation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and implementation requirements.
  • Facilitate internal project meetings and recurring vendor/stakeholder meetings.
  • Monitor project progress, track dependencies, and ensure successful completion of implementation objectives.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks; develop and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and program-specific regulations and requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, leadership, vendors, consultants, and business partners.
  • Manage testing, user acceptance activities, deployment readiness, and project closeout deliverables.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend best practices to enhance project execution and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present project status updates, metrics, and executive-level communications.

Required QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor''''s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field; or
  • Equivalent combination of education, professional experience, training, internships, certifications, and demonstrated skills that provide the required knowledge and abilities.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading software implementation or onboarding projects with successful delivery outcomes.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing leadership and direction to project teams.
  • Experience managing enterprise software deployments, system implementations, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Skills & Competencies
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and related platforms.
