Job Title: Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee healthcare administrative support operations. The Program Manager will lead daily contract operations, supervise Medical Support Assistant staff, manage staffing coordination, ensure compliance with federal and NIH requirements, and maintain high-quality customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day healthcare support operations and contract performance
  • Serve as the primary liaison between STSI and NIH stakeholders
  • Supervise staff scheduling, onboarding, performance monitoring, and operational coverage
  • Prepare reports, track deliverables, and support contract administration activities
  • Monitor service quality and implement operational improvements
  • Ensure compliance with NIH policies, HIPAA requirements, and federal regulations
  • Address escalated operational and customer service concerns professionally

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of program management or healthcare operations experience
  • Experience managing federal government contracts preferred
