What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Department Leadership:Lead the day-to-day HR operations, policies, programs, and procedures across our different brands.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting & Onboarding:Manage the entire hiring lifecycle-from job postings, screening, and interviews, to offers and facilitating complete employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Employee Relations & Communication:Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues professionally, and promoting highly effective communication across the team.
  • Performance Management:Administer performance review processes to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance, working with managers to elevate their teams.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs, handle enrollment, and support all benefits-related communication.
  • Compliance & Recordkeeping:Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Training & Support:Train and support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, safety, and workplace topics.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement:Track HR metrics, analyze workforce trends, and prepare reports for senior management. Continually recommend process improvements to strengthen efficiency, engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

What You Bring (Who You Are & Qualifications):

  • Experience: Previous experience in HR management with knowledge of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, performance management, and compliance. (Bachelor's degree and SHRM or industry-related designations are a plus!)
  • Systems Knowledge:Familiarity with HR systems, employee records, reporting tools, or workforce analytics.
  • Adaptability & Organization: You have strong organizational and time-management skills, and can easily shift gears weekly to support our different brands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication & Discretion:You communicate effectively with everyone from entry-level team members to the company President, handling sensitive issues with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Balanced Leadership:You care deeply about doing the right thing for people but understand how to make the tough decisions necessary for the team's overall success.
