Job description

Home Care Recharged, voted Best of 352 in Ocala for four consecutive years (2022–2025), is an independent home care provider dedicated to delivering exceptional service, dependable staffing, and outstanding client experiences. We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator / Scheduler to join our growing team. This is a full-time salaried position based in Marion County, FL. The role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and participation in an on-call rotation. As part of a small, service-focused team, occasional shift coverage or field support may be required to ensure continuity of care and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and client visits through the EMR system
  • Confirm scheduled visits and proactively address coverage needs
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers
  • Conduct client intake and assist with new client onboarding
  • Support caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and orientation activities
  • Assist with payroll-related functions and timekeeping review
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to urgent staffing needs
  • Monitor open shifts and develop staffing solutions before service disruptions occur
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication records
  • Support daily office operations and other duties as assigned by the Administrator

Education & Experience

  • Min. High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • Minimum 1 year of data entry experience (Required)

  • Experience coordinating schedules, managing deadlines, or balancing multiple priorities is strongly preferred
  • Home care, healthcare, or caregiving experience is a plus
