Provides nursing care in an Observation unit by assessing, monitoring, and managing patients requiring short-term evaluation and treatment.
Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in Observation unit
  • Monitor patient condition and update care plans based on clinical findings
  • Administer medications and perform delegated medical functions
  • Observation unit may involve fast patient turnover and short-stay care management
Requirements:
License: RN State License / Compact
