• Employ psychotherapeutic techniques tailored to treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment and discharge plans that align with client needs.
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, adjusting the format based on the specifics of each patient’s treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all therapy services rendered, compliant with facility and professional standards.
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely manner.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Proactively address patient feedback and concerns, ensuring that their needs are prioritized and safety is a top concern.
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, engaging in continuous professional development and training as required.

This role involves working with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families. Clinicians are expected to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity, recognizing the unique backgrounds and needs of each client while providing tailored mental health support. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field is required.
• Current state licensure as a mental health provider is mandatory; candidates must hold either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license.
• Strong foundational knowledge of psychological theories and clinical practices relevant to mental health counseling.

• Previous experience working with a wide range of populations, including both adult and child/ adolescent clients.
• Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions effectively across different settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technologies for virtual therapy delivery.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
