The full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Mind Protect Psychological Services will play a pivotal role in our mission to enhance mental health care accessibility in Macon, Georgia. This remote position involves direct clinical work with clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses. You will be essential in developing effective treatment plans and providing therapeutic services remotely, ensuring that our clients receive compassionate and individualized care.

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space while still being an integral part of our community health clinic. You will collaborate closely with a diverse and multidisciplinary team of health professionals, utilizing various digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions and manage client care. Even though the role is remote, regular team meetings and training sessions will ensure that you are fully integrated into our organizational culture and therapeutic practices.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored to the needs of clients experiencing major mental health issues.
• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs, risk factors, and treatment readiness.
• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans, ensuring that all clients and relevant stakeholders are informed and engaged in the treatment process.
• Address crises as they arise, providing immediate support and intervention as part of a crisis management team.
• Carry a manageable caseload, ensuring timely follow-up and maintenance of therapy records to support effective treatment delivery.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to advance collaborative treatment strategies and share knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethical standards, and guidelines, all while fostering an environment of empowerment and choice for clients.
• Provide education to clients and their families about mental health resources and treatment options available within the community.
• On-call coverage may be required to ensure continuous client support during and after program hours.

You will primarily work with clients from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may be experiencing economic hardships and limited access to mental health resources. Your role will be critical in addressing the unique cultural and socioeconomic factors that affect their mental health. • A current LCSW licensure in the state of Georgia is required.
• Expert knowledge in mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients from varying cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for remote therapy and client management systems.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Previous experience in community mental health settings, specifically working with under-served populations.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and multidisciplinary team approaches in mental health services.
• Experience conducting telehealth services is a plus.

Mind Protect Psychological Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
