This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual video therapy sessions focused on promoting mental wellness and addressing clients' emotional needs.
  • Engage clients in discussions to explore their thoughts and feelings, helping them gain insights into their experiences and relationships.
  • Advocate for clients by assisting them in setting and achieving personal goals within their therapeutic journey.
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' conditions, guiding the formulation, implementation, and adjustment of their personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-informed practices and a solution-focused approach in your treatment methodologies, leveraging your clinical experience and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with adults experiencing low-acuity and stable mental health issues. Our clientele may include individuals dealing with anxiety, mild depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. By providing targeted support, you will help these clients develop coping strategies and life skills that enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • A valid independent license to practice therapy in your state (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
  • Proficiency in using technology and telehealth platforms to deliver effective client care.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a clinical setting with a focus on telehealth or remote therapy.
  • Strong background in working with diverse populations and understanding the unique cultural factors affecting mental health.
  • A track record of successfully developing and implementing treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your level of experience.
