Join Complete Psychological Clinic as a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, where you will have the opportunity to provide innovative mental health support to adults in a flexible telehealth environment. Work Environment

This position is completely remote, enabling you to create a work-life balance that suits your schedule while serving clients online. With no on-call responsibilities, you can focus on client sessions without the demands of additional work outside of regular hours. Available shifts are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, permitting you to tailor your practice to your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized video therapy sessions that foster a safe and supportive atmosphere for clients.
• Guide clients in discussing their emotions, traumas, and experiences to help them gain vital insights into their mental health and relationships.
• Act as a strong advocate for clients, assisting them in articulating their personal goals and aspirations.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions to develop customized, solution-based treatment plans grounded in your clinical expertise.
• Utilize appropriate technology platforms for remote therapy sessions, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your work will be with adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, primarily those who are stable and exhibiting low-acuity symptoms. Our client community is diverse, and your role will be pivotal in helping individuals develop coping strategies, build resilience, and achieve personal growth through therapeutic engagement.

Qualifications

• A relevant Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is required:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Demonstrated proficiency in technology and an ability to manage remote therapy sessions effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or outpatient environment is advantageous.
• A strong background in solution-focused approaches and therapeutic modalities will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to client care are crucial for fostering meaningful relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

Your dedication and expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly, commensurate with your experience and skill level.
