As a Product Manager, you will be directly responsible for coordinating the launch of new products as well as life cycle management of current products.

What Youll Do:

  • Create / Identify new additions to existing and new product groups.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop market strategies to increase sales.
  • Recommend changes, improvements or deletions in assigned product lines.
  • Follow entire development process through to completion to include, but not limited to the following:
  • Writing of technical specs and review of operational procedures to best fit user efficiency.
  • All phases of product testing and arranging of field communication and coordination.
  • Writing of technical publications, including operating, installation and maintenance manuals.
  • Development of all catalogs and printed materials. (Advertising to do final layout)
  • Critiquing of all printed materials to insure it is appropriate and accurate.
  • Work cross-functionally with all business areas, with concentration with Engineering on product development projects
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • 20% travel, mainly domestic

What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, technical and/or marketing discipline.
  • 5+ years professional experience with high-value capital equipment
  • Experience managing long-term and complicated projects
  • Ability to interpret and make decisions from large/complex data sets
  • Enjoy hands-on demonstrations
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Automotive service industry is a plus.
  • Experience with automotive lifts is a plus
  • High-energy, self-starter who can operate equally well in a group and independently
