Job Description:

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst supports the organization''s risk management program by identifying, analyzing, and quantifying risks that could impact strategic objectives. Working closely with risk owners and business units across the enterprise, the ERM Analyst provides data-driven insights and recommendations that enable informed, risk-aware decision-making at all levels of the organization.

JOB DUTIES

Level 1

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Assist in risk identification sessions by gathering information from business unit stakeholders and documenting findings.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Populate and maintain the enterprise risk register, ensuring accuracy and completeness of risk entries.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Conduct preliminary qualitative risk assessments using established frameworks and templates.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Collect and organize quantitative and qualitative data to support risk scoring and heat map development.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Perform basic data validation to ensure integrity of risk data used in analyses.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Prepare draft sections of routine risk reports and compile data for management dashboards.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Format and proof presentations and documents prior to distribution to stakeholders.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Participate in risk assessment workshops and document discussion outcomes and action items.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Track status of risk mitigation action items and follow up with risk owners on outstanding deliverables.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Maintain monitoring schedules and communicate upcoming review deadlines to relevant stakeholders.

Level 2

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for assigned business areas.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Develop and execute quantitative models to estimate risk exposure, probability distributions, and potential financial impact.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Design and maintain KRI frameworks and thresholds in collaboration with risk owners.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Perform scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate organizational resilience under various risk conditions.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Prepare high-quality risk reports and executive presentations translating complex risk data into clear management insights.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Serve as the day-to-day ERM point of contact for assigned business units, building trusted relationships with risk owners.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Coordinate timing and logistics for risk assessment activities across multiple business units simultaneously.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, legal, and finance teams to share risk intelligence.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Partner with risk owners to develop practical mitigation plans aligned with organizational risk tolerance.

โ€ขย ย ย ย ย Monitor mitigation action effectiveness and escalate unresolved or emerging risks to ERM leadership.
