Job description

We are seeking a hybrid Scrum Master / Program Execution Specialist to drive the delivery and daily operations of our Dropship and Order Management System (OMS) programs. This role goes beyond standard ceremonies; you will be embedded directly with several cross functional teams to manage the backlogs, workflow management, program schedules, operational unblocking, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement.

Working closely with IT and Business leadership, you will facilitate the execution of dropship strategies, unblock technical and operational hurdles within our SaaS platforms for order management, small parcel shipping  and dropship, and ensure smooth EDI integrations with our external vendor partners.

Since opening our first store in 1979, AutoZone has grown into a leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories across the Americas. Our customer-first mindset and commitment to Going the Extra Mile define who we are, for both our customers and AutoZoners. Working at AutoZone means being part of a team that values dedication, teamwork, and growth. Whether you're helping customers or building your career, we provide tools and support to help you succeed and drive your future.

AutoZone, and its subsidiary, ALLDATA are equal opportunity employers. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status, or any other legally protected categories.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience blending Agile/Scrum facilitation with project or program management, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or supply chain.
Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
Domain expertise in enterprise Order Management Systems (hands-on experience with Kibo OMS or similar SaaS platforms is highly desired).
Working knowledge of EDI standards and dropship vendor operations.
Strong proficiency with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) to manage program workflows.
Excellent ability to bridge the gap between highly technical engineering teams and business-focused operations teams.

Agile Program Execution: Facilitate standard Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) for the Dropship/OMS cross-functional squad. Translate the Lead Program Manager's overarching strategy into actionable, sprint-sized tasks.
Backlog & Workflow Management: Actively manage the project backlog for new dropship vendor onboardings and system enhancements. Coordinate the testing and validation of EDI data flows (e.g., 850s, 856s) to ensure continuous delivery of new vendor capabilities.
Operational Unblocking (Scrum Master Focus): Serve as the primary escalation point to remove operational blockers. When order flow issues, EDI transmission errors, or Kibo OMS configuration bugs arise, you will drive cross-functional alignment between IT, Customer Service, and vendors to resolve them swiftly.
Continuous Process Improvement: Apply Agile principles to our physical supply chain and dropship lifecycles. Identify operational bottlenecks and lead small-scale process improvement initiatives to reduce order exceptions and improve speed-to-customer.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear visibility into program health, vendor compliance, and sprint progress through regular reporting and dashboard management (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar tools).
