Job Overview
Help the Golf Course Superintendent and the Grounds Crew Team maintain the Golf Course and its Grounds! As a Grounds Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that the turf and landscape areas are maintained to high standards.

Established in 1901, Glen Echo is believed to be the oldest, continually running country club and golf course west of the Mississippi River. It is also the oldest, continuously operating Olympic venue in the world. Glen Echo opened to glowing reviews as the first, complete 18-hole golf course in St. Louis and is considered one of the most historic private clubs in the area. Glen Echo became world renowned when it hosted the Olympic Golf Championships in 1904. Like all country clubs of that era, Glen Echo was home to high society, their families, and friends. The facility is regarded as โ€œSacred Goundโ€ by its loyal Membership.
This is a unique opportunity to work at a Club that will celebrate its 125th anniversary of existence and the 100-year anniversary of the โ€œnewโ€ Clubhouse in 2026. Glen Echo will also celebrate the Olympic Golf Games returning to the United States after a 124-year absence in 2028 at Los Angeles Country Club. These are exciting times here at this historic facility designed by James Foulis, winner of the 1896 US Open, and built by he and his brother Robert!
