We are an urban faith-based non profit serving the needs of the Cincinnati area immigrant population. Our mission is to create prosperous communities where immigrants are welcomed, embraced, and empowered.

Position Summary:

We seek a compassionate Community Navigator to support immigrant families in building stable, independent futures. This role combines case management, advocacy, and volunteer coordination to expand our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized client plans.
  • Connect immigrants to housing, healthcare, employment, and legal aid.
  • Organize and lead volunteers to provide direct support during critical times.
  • Advocate for immigrant rights and empower clients with knowledge and resources.
  • Build partnerships with local organizations and mobilize volunteers for advocacy.
