Job Description

·                     Manage and oversee maintenance programs and processes for a renewable natural gas plant

·                     Provide hands-on mechanical support to ensure optimal plant performance

·                     Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime

·                     Administer and enforce Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) safety procedures

·                     Evaluate equipment effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives

·                     Coordinate and schedule plant downtime and planned outages to maximize operational efficiency

·                     Conduct inventory checks of critical spare parts to ensure availability and readiness

Key Requirements

·                     Technical experience in Oil & Gas, auxiliary equipment, gas processing, or power generation environments

·                     BS degree preferred
