Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager is responsible for managing multi-cultural and techno-functional teams in the delivery of Oracle Cloud projects (Fin, SCM, HCM & EPM) that solve client business problems. The Project Manager will assist clients with process and configuration decisions through design workshops. The individual will also drive all meetings with the client and project team members. The Project Manager oversee all phases of the project including providing progress reporting for all work products, deliverables, and milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and oversee both onshore and offshore developers ensuring the prescribed development best practices are followed and all deliverables are completed with high quality
Work with functional leads to ensure the technical solutions are fit for purpose
Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the client's organization through negotiation and consensus-building
Provide hands on implementation and post-implementation support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle and system documentation techniques
Actively participate in risk and change management on projects
Manage scope by identifying and creating change requests
Provide detailed task planning, effort estimation and progress tracking for all development-related activities and ensure the development team delivers to project plan
Manage business expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
Contribute to Capgemini's Oracle Cloud communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc.
Required Qualifications
12-13 years of experience managing multiple full life cycle Oracle implementations
Must have worked on at least 5-6 Oracle Cloud/Fusion or Multi-Pillar projects
Proficient in following Scrum methodology for build phase and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards
Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments
Implementation in global environments or international experience
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Two+ active Oracle Cloud Certifications
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification
Fair understanding of: Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Lease Accounting, Joint Ventures, Project Finance
Experience with MS Project, Power Point and online Agile Collaboration Tools such as Jira or Rally
